AN ACT CONCERNING AMATEUR RADIO COMMUNICATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 8-2 of the general statutes be amended to require that municipal regulation of amateur radio station antenna structures complies with the limitations on local regulation of such structures as specified in federal regulations.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow amateur radio station antenna structures to be erected at proper heights and dimensions to accommodate amateur radio communication and otherwise reasonably accommodate amateur radio service communications.
